Work Outline: In charge of sales coordinator task in Device Sales


Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily operation in terms of shipment delivery to customer
Calculate customer demand and control stock inventory level
Issue PO to suppliers and follow up incoming shipments
Coordinate with warehouse in terms of shipment and any other related sales issue
Working in Import-Export function
Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, age 24-30 years
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
1-2 year experience in Sales Coordinator
Have skill for Import-Export function
Good command of both written and spoken English
Computer literacy
Strong service mind, good interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure
Negotiation skills with suppliers to fulfill customer demand


Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in Sales Coordinator in Electronics Sales, Trading Business
Experience in issuing PO, Invoice and Shipping document or logistics function job


Languages skills 
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS ChitLom
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
