仕事詳細
• Check and manage attendance of employee
• Handle social insurance process and private insurance of employee worker
• Handle Visa and work- permit works
• Responsible for payroll with the worker in a factory
• Handle evaluation process by coordinate with manager and set evaluation interview with Japanese manager
• Support recruit process such as set interview and contact recruit agency with Thai manager
• Other assigned task by Thai manager
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday – Friday, and Saturday work)
• Age 25-35 years
• Female only
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1years experience in General affairs or human resources in a manufacturing factory
• Experience of overall process of payroll
• Conversational middle level of English (Email correspondence)
• Personality: bright and positive person
• Can handle multiple tasks in GA and HR department is preferable
• Work in BOI company is preferable
• Experience of Visa and work-permit works is preferable
