Work Outline: Responsible to support sales and client
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue
To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (phone and email)
Arrangement of transportation for client
Operate the meeting for client
Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female only, Age 30-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Al least 4-10 years’ experience as sales coordinator in logistic/export-import or any related field
Experience in customer service
Working experience in Japanese company and understanding of Japanese culture
Willing to work on Saturday (half day)
Have a service mind
Preferable Skill / Experience
Customer service skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: ARL Lat Krabang
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri) and 8:30-12:00 (Sat)
