仕事詳細
[ Communication Marketing ]
• Be responsible for all aspects of marketing plan, Promotion, Branding, Advertisement, Pricing etc
• Work closely and manage distributors
• Other assigned tasks
[ New Product Development ]
• Develop NPD concept and product formulation and price strategy
• Develop NPDs along with go-to-market strategies
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
• Lead in portfolio management & develop NPDs that satisfy consumer needs as well as company's benefit
• Plan new product development into the market to keep up with the growth of business
• Develop effective marketing and communication plans to launch/ promote NPD and promotions
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes
• Manage FDA and Healthier Choice process
• Work closely with Singapore and JP HQ
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5 years' products marketing experience in food and beverage industry (Not HORECA)
- Communication Marketing or New Product Development (NPD) experience
- Business level English
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience to manage FDA process
- Experience to work closely with Regional HQ and HQ in international company
- Interests in their products
