Safety & GA Manager (50K – 60K) (SDG-82924)

• Lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and Incidents
• Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes
• Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances
• Provide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities
• Follow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis
• Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrence
• Manage the overall general affair of the plant and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned and also Employee Relation tasks too

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 Mon-Fri, Saturday Working: 1 time (depend on company calendar)




• Age 37-44 years
• Bachelor's degree major in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Has Professional Safety License.
• At least 5 years working as Environmental Health and Safety in any manufacture.
• At least 1 year work experience in GA function.
• At least 3 years management experience as Assistant - Manager level have subordinate under control.
• Understanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISO 14001, IATF16949.
• Advance conversation English in low-middle level.
• Have experience in automotive Industry is preferable
