R&D Supervisor (20K – 30K) (SDG-83180)

• Plan to improve existing products and jointly design and develop new products in accordance with supervisor assignments and product development and improvement guidelines.
• Manage review and edit product development documents to ensure product development and improvement are consistent.
• Create and modify product formulations. To satisfy the needs of customers.
• Control order follow up evaluate and solve problems in improving current products on a lab scale as well as in the actual production process (production line) to ensure compliance with the plan and goals.
• Analyse production process problems. To solve problems in the manufacturing process for the production department.
• Work with the production department to coordinate. including proactive product improvement coordination with departments Problems in the manufacturing process, including prevention of problems in the manufacturing process


Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri, Saturday Working: Average 5 days per year)
 




• Age 27-32 years
• Bachelor’s degree of science or engineering in chemistry, rubber, or polymer
• Have working experience at least 5 years as R&D in Chemical or Automotive manufacturing company.
• Have 3 years management experience to control subordinate.
• Understanding of the chemicals used in the rubber manufacturing process
• Not sensitive to chemicals
• Advance conversation in English middle level
