Work Outline Handling all Sales activities and revenue generation
Duties & Responsibility:
In charge of all sales activities, start from market research, call, customer visit, and business negotiation
Provide service information about product, suggestion and problem solving with customer
Analyze, planning and make sales product report
Coordinating and maintains good relationships with customer / dealer
Visit clients (by company car-own drive) and support clients via phone/emails
Clients area are Bangkok area and Industrial area by company car (Self driving)
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male, Age 25-35
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Good command of English or Japanese
1-2 year Experiences in Project Sales (preferably in Residential Business or Construction, Building material business)
Having a driving license.

Have own car
Good personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good negotiation skills and good problem solving
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: Rama 9/Bangkok
Working Hour:08:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri)

Salary: 25,000THB –35,000THB (Negotiable)
