<Saturday Working: once in a month (Depend on Company Calendar) >

<Job Responsibilities>
・Control Maintenance section
・New Model, Process improvement and defect analysis by working under Safety condition (QDCS)
・Responsible for process's documents (FMEA, PCS, Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan, Lay-out and Project presentation summary report)
・Correct report project and improvement output to Management
・Decide on processing procedures and equipment to be used
・Other tasks assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Experience in facilities and maintenance function
・Have experience in Maintenance filed
・At least 5 years of management experience as the manager level in Process Engineering.
・At least 10 years experience in Process Engineering.
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in the Engineering field
・Not job hopper
・Ability to communicate and be convinced through different cultures
・Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
・Team Management and cultivation.
・Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
・Advanced conversational Middle level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in a Toyota Tier1 company
