<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for accounting document works
- Handle for accounting tasks with manager

<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare voucher concerned with accounting. (such as payment, receipt and transfer)
- Record accounting entries of all transaction (such as purchase journals, sales journals, general journals, sales journals, account receivables, payable’s registration and asset registrations)
- Record receiving AR date and amount by filling ROR (Rate of return)
- Storing documents into files according to the journal
- Prepare the Input INV, Output INV, withholding tax report
- Prepare tax forms and submit documents PP.30, PND.3, PND53, PND.54, PND.51, PND50 or tax forms related to the company
- Close the monthly financial statement within 12th of next month with manager and annual financial statements within end of next February with auditor
- Supporting auditor by following their request from Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree from accounting filed
・At least 1year experience as accountant in manufacturing or trading industry
・Conversational middle level of English ( only internal )
・Can commute by yourself ( no company bus )

Personality : carefully and can make good relationship with other members

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Hold CPD license
・Work in Japanese company
・Experience of import and export works
