<Position objective >
- Responsible for management of production and engineering every filed in factory.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage for production and engineering department according production plan
- Production control and planning quality and safety discipline
- Training and leadership for your team members around 20-30members
- Report to Japanese factory manager in English
- Solve problems in production line and engineering filed
- Handle for supplier management with engineering members
- Report to management about Waste&, productivity etc
- Other works assigned by Japanese manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor or Master degree
- At least 3 years experience as production manager in Food or Beverages factory
- Conversational low to middle level of English ( report to Japanese manager )
- Be able to commute by own car
Personality : Strong leadership
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of powder food
- Experience of FSSC22000 or HACCP , GHP
- Business level of English
