<Position Objective/Expectation>
- Manage overall R&D process (PCB Hardware Design)

<Job Responsibilities>
・Support product development project that we meet new customer needs, improve efficiency and reduce cost or improve quality and follow the required product development process and standard.
・Work with concerned product designer to develop product specifications and coordinate product development schedule.
・Train engineer and technician about circuit design, PCB Design, problem analysis and test procedure.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
・At least 5-8 years’ experience in the Electric and Electronic part specification and datasheet, reading circuit diagram, Circuit design, PCB A/W design, PCB Test, Product Test as EMC/Safety/Reliability.
・At least 5 years’ management experience
・Experience Circuit or noise simulation.
・Good communication and presentation skill.
・Advance conversation low level in English.
・Good computer proficiency.


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in Air-Conditioners is an advantage.
・TOEIC Score 550 up is an advantage
