仕事詳細

- Formulating strategy to onboard new projects and new business opportunities
- Developing roadmaps, RACI, and timetable from start to finish of new projects or business ventures
- Developing exhaustive business cases and scenarios incl. business model, revenue model, investment & cost management, and financial model to offer attractive rewards with reasonable accepted risk
- Leveraging the time and effort of CEO and BOD, identifying, and implementing ways to enlist and motivate them to facilitate prospect introductions and participating in activities
- Illustrating clear & concise presentations to ensure all parties understand the new businesses or projects
- Leading and executing approved roadmaps and projects to contract award and deliver projects success
- Building external relationships that will support our company’s growth
- Serving as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall organizational strategies and representing the priorities of
the development functions incl. participating in promoting an organizational culture that values long-term strategic thinking, creativity, and high performance
- Collaborating with the senior executives and stakeholders in overall strategy formulation and in ensuring that departmental strategies
are aligned to safeguard against conflict of interests as well as guarantee a unified front in the business’s direction
- Engaging with financial, legal, and technical advisors to enhance new projects and businesses’ success
- Strategic thinking and sharp executions coupled with relentless ambition and energy, which will enable the business to reach targets, goals, and attain objectives
- Ensuring the success of business’s outcomes through the strategies developments of projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment, as well as an interesting in advancing
in the organization’s culture to be even more strategic, innovative, high performing, and outside-the-box-thinking
- Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to inspire, coach, and influence direct reports,senior leaders,
BOD members and other staffs
- Strong team management skill, with the ability to foster a sense of team accountability and high-performance deliverable
- Keening on deal structuring, business model design, financial literacy, financial model & engineering
- Familiarity with the SET and SEC rules & regulations involving mergers & acquisitions

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, energy-related technologies.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences in business development, project management, financial institutions, or similar role.
- At least 7 years as a director level with management experiences
.- Proven work experiences in feasibility study, financial modelling, business development, project management of power, renewable energy, hydro, utilities, infrastructure, or mining industry.
- Fluent in English both of written and verbal
- Excellent computer literacy and good command in MS Office.
- Proficient skill in financial modelling. Good understanding of business valuation and/or project finance modelling.
- Understandings of financial analysis, business analysis, business law, construction management, project management etc.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and well organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Inter-personal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
- Proactive and self-dependent.
- Ability to travel and work in upcountry and abroad.

- Previous overseas project assignments are viewed.
