<Job Responsibilities>
1. Control quality system all process.
2. Feedback Customer Claim and Imformation to concern Production
3. Analysis customer claim for corrective action. Countermeasure and follow up.
4. Follow up prepared standard of work as Customer require (Q-Point . Incoming Std..Inprocess Std.. Outgoing Std.)
5. Engineering change system.(4M)
6. Preparation MSA by analysis manpower. Measurement. Method.
6. Control calibration function.
7. Design method or JIG & FIGURE for inspection new part.
- Bachelor's degree in field of engineering
- At least 2 years working experience as QC/QA in manufacturing company.
- Able to make 8D analysis ,5why analysis, MSA , SPC , Cpk ,
- Can use basic measurement tools,CMM.
- Having ISO, IATF16949 knowledge.
- Advance conversation low level of English. (Able to make report and email.)
<Preferable skill/experience>
- Working experience of Aluminium Die-Casting inspection QC/QA in manufacturing company.
