仕事詳細
1. Check & Request
・Parts number & price to the system BAAN, SAP or internal Wed within 24 hrs. expected (Working Day) to submit part quotation to dealer or direct customers.
・Part claim by service team to the system BAAN, SAP or internal Wed within 24 hrs. expected (Working Day) and keep follow up for part arrival warehouse.
2. Check and respond customer PO within 24 hrs. expected (Working Day) to the system BAAN, SAP or internet Web for part delivery to customer as soon as possible.
3. Arrange & Manage
・Physical stock accordingly to SAP data (The goods arrival to warehouse is by Japan, Germany, Defective or unused part from engineers or dealer).
・Local parts shipment from our warehouse to customers or our dealer.
・Return shipment (IV/PL document, Export document, packing part etc) a defective part or requested repair part sending to Germany or Japan.
4. Support and issue requested all document to complete throughout the goods order process.
5. Maintain recording & updating all part process (after RFQ & PO) and part movement data in-out warehouse.
6. Issue DO and Invoice by SAP for part delivery.
7. Submit weekly & monthly reports on demand such as part turnover, quotations, invoice and etc.
・Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
・Welcome fresh grade
・Conversation middle level in English
・Good computer skill (Microsoft word, Excel)
・At least 2 years of working experience in warehouse delivery role from any manufacturing is preferable
・Experience sales, purchasing, procurement, logistic warehouse and transportation operation is preferable
・Knowledge of stock keeping and inventory management is preferable
・Strong leadership, good communication and interpersonal skill is preferable
・Fork lift license is preferable
・Crane license is preferable
