Plating engineer manager-advisor (Nickel-chromium processing) (50K–80K) (SDG-107266)

<Job responsibilities>
- Finish the surface of steel materials to improve water resistance, durability, and aesthetics.
- General Engineering management in the manufacturing Division
- Instruct subordinates on techniques for coating resin on products.
- Process Improvement Initiatives
- Plant equipment and facility management, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ตกแต่งพื้นผิวของวัสดุเหล็กเพื่อปรับปรุงการกันน้ำ ความทนทาน และความสวยงาม
- การจัดการวิศวกรรมทั่วไปในแผนกการผลิต
- สอนทีมเกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการเคลือบเรซินบนผลิตภัณฑ์
- ความคิดริเริ่มในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
- อุปกรณ์โรงงานและการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ฯลฯ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 55 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 7-10 years of working experience as a plating engineer at a manufacturing company
- Experience in providing technical guidance to subordinates.
- Have knowledge of Plating
- Conversational middle-high level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational level of Japanese (for communicating with Japanese report line)

Workplace Area: Mueang, Samut Sakhon
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri and every other Sat**Depends on the company calendar )
