Work outline: Manage and in charge of every process of Admin and HR department (Admin 60%, HR 30% , IT 10%)




Duties & Responsibilities:
 Management of admin and all HR relevant job 
 Support of IT issues 
 Develop and enhance the organization according to HR duties 
 Design and set up HR system 
 Manage and process HR & Administrative works 
 Managing rules, regulations, and company’s policies 
 Manpower management 
 Employee relations
 Training and development 
 Processing and preparing payroll, visa and work permit 
 Recruitment; supporting job posting process, evaluate job positions and job descriptions, draw up contract of employment, and giving notification of new joiners and workforce monthly report 
 Preparing and processing payroll, reviewing time sheet accuracy and tracking any special payroll deduction 
 Other relevant jobs as assigned


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Male/female, Age 35-50 years
 Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in any field (Human resource back-ground is preferable) 
 Have personal car with driving license 
 Have IT knowledge 
 At least 5 years in human resource field or Admin field
 Can communicate in Business English 
 Only Non-smoker. 
 Ability to work with team, punctuality and loyalty. 
 Living near working location or be able to move near working location

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) 


About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 55,000THB negotiable
