Duties & Responsibilities:
Project: B2B Developer Solution
Work and build up relationship with developers, Real Estate Developers and Government to find out and develop projects.
To be Responsible for Project Sales for Products, by getting customer’s requirements or customer’s problems and providing solutions.
Manage and follow up long term projects in details by utilizing PDCA cycle.
Build up and maintain strong relationship with the existing customers and approach or develop new customers.
Other task assigned by Director
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Male/female, Age 30-40 years
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields.
Have 3-5 years’ experience in Project Property Development Sales (Home, condo).
Having connection with Developer (Owner or top management)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of English communication.
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation level (TOEIC 650 and above if any)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Meenburi
Working Hour: 8:15 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
