Working location is very convenience for transportation (BTS Saladaeng)
Work outline: Responsible for all sales support tasks and coordinate with customers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and arrange import - export shipment (mainly chemical products ) in order to support customer requirements
Coordinate with customers (Main is Thai people in Japanese company)
Generate ordering and shipment control schedule
Prepare and handle sales documents and which included P/O, tax invoice, and follow up delivery schedule with clients
Work closely with Sales
Other tasks will be assigned by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 23-35 years
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 1 year of experience in import-export or Sales coordinator
Challenge mind, communication skill and want to learn new things
Have interest in Sales support/ Sales tasks
Preferable:
Working experience in trading field
Working experience in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level (Middle to high)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 (or 9:00) – 17:30 (18:00) (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 THB negotiable
