Work outline: Provide support to President / Interpret with customer and internal staff
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinated schedule and appropriate meeting time with involving persons and customers
Translate Thai-Eng-Jap
Provide support to President / Interpret with customer and internal staff
Prepare and manage for minute meeting
Carry out specific projects and research
Manage the day-to-day operation of the office
Liaise with superior to drive improvement actions
Other task as assigned by management
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only , age 27-35 years
Bachelor Degree in any fields
3 + year experience in Interpreter, Secretary or related fields
Good command in Japanese (N2 or above)
Good command in English
Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation level
Japanese: Business Level (N2 or above)
Workplace Area: MRT Rama 9
Working Hour: 08:30 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
