Work outline: Responsible for functioning in a strategic business partner role, providing and facilitating HR strategies and services to all employees.
Duties & Responsibilities:
【EMPLOYEE RELATIONS REGIONAL COORDINATOR】
Ø Implements strategies to attract and retain motivated, talented employees.
Ø Manages the investigation and resolution of day-to-day employee relations issues.
Ø Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ø Responsible for employee communications and planning.
Ø Manages and leads the planning and execution of appropriate major projects.
Ø Works through specialists, analysts and other staff to provide quality human resource processes and excellent service to all employees.
Ø Leads the implementation of corporate initiatives and proves onsite administration.
Ø Manages staffing related activities coordinating coaching, appraisals and training.
Ø Complies with policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Ø Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.
Ø Oversee and manage the security and patrimonial control of the facility by protecting from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
【TALENT DEVELOPMENT】
Ø Monitors critical HR KPI's in his/her area, anticipates HR issues and proposes solutions. Follow up People Review actions plan.
Ø Facilitates the link between the functional area and HR areas (Compensations & Organization, R&S, International Assignments and University) and follows any action needed.
Ø Executes the Performance Management Processes for corporate areas; Coordinates performance committees; Controls the availability of development actions for key people.
Ø Complies with policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Ø Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 28-40 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø More than 3 year experience in Human Resource fields
Ø Strong and in-depth in full loop HR functions
Ø Knowledge in employee’s relations, compensation and benefit administration, safety, training initiatives, government compliance, and workforce planning.
Ø Experiences in Multinational/Western or Japanese company
Ø Great command of both written and spoken English
Preferable:
Ø Bachelor’s or Master degree in HR or Business Administration in Western countries
Ø Experiences in 1) employee relations and 2) talent attraction and development.
Ø Fluent in English

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday)
