Work outline: Order management with SAP system at trading company (Electronic products)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Response to customer purchase order in professional manner
Ø Coordinate with customers to create effective delivery plan
Ø Control inventory level in order to fulfill customer order without fail
Ø Coordinate with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery
Ø Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
Ø Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue
Ø Quotation printing (prepared in Singapore)
Ø Mainly e-mail is written in English
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Fair command in English (Conversational level up)
Ø At least 3 years’ experience in sales coordinator or Customer Service
Ø Have knowledge in Order placement system and Microsoft office
Preferable:
Ø Have knowledge in SAP system
Ø Experience negotiating with a customs broker
Ø Have knowledge of electronic products
Ø Can work for a long period
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: (MRT) phra Ram 9
Working Hour: 08:00 –17:30 (Monday – Friday)
