<Job Responsibilities>
 Provide consulting services under Japanese Manager
 Licensing & post licensing support
 Setting-up representative office
 Change/Update the business license
 Setting-up branch office
 Advisory for workflow of accounting ,tax
 Advisory for investment
 M&A SERVICES such as Structuring scheme, Listing up targeted companies, Valuation, Supporting negotiation/agreement, Financial & Legal Due Diligence, Monitoring for Post-Merger Integration
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting
 Having CPA license
 Business level of English
 At least 3 years of working experience in BIG 4

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 None

Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon - Fri)
