<Job responsibilities>
• Ensure all month-end, year-end accounting closing process and all accounting records are to be prepared / control / manage in accordance with Accounting Policy, Thai GAAP (Thai Accounting Standard: TAS), TAX regulation as well as Group regulations in timely.
• Preparation / Maintain all related B/S accounts and subledger included sales & cost to be accurately reconcile
• Verify all payments (Local, Staffs) and Taxation
• Working closely with external parties, auditors in relation to audit reports, internal audit activity (Group audit) and Revenue Department
• Managing various special projects and Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Assist to Manage Accounting & Finance Group


<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• ดูแลให้กระบวนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและสิ้นปี รวมถึงบันทึกบัญชีทั้งหมดได้รับการจัดทำ / ควบคุม / จัดการให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายการบัญชี, มาตรฐานการบัญชีไทย (GAAP) ข้อบังคับด้านภาษี รวมถึงข้อบังคับของกลุ่มอย่างทันท่วงที
• เตรียม/ดูแลบัญชี B/S ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด รวมถึงยอดขายและต้นทุน เพื่อให้กระทบยอดได้อย่างถูกต้อง
• ตรวจสอบการชำระเงินทั้งหมด (ท้องถิ่น, พนักงาน) และภาษี
• ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับฝ่ายภายนอก ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรายงานการตรวจสอบ กิจกรรมการตรวจสอบภายใน (การตรวจสอบกลุ่ม) และกรมสรรพากร
• จัดการโครงการพิเศษต่างๆ และดำเนินการตามหน้าที่งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ช่วยเหลือในการจัดการกลุ่มบัญชีและการเงิน


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, finance
• Experience at least 10 years in accounting field
• Experience in Overall Accounting functions (Month-end, Year-end Closing, GL, AR, AP), International & Domestic Taxation
• GAAP/NPAEs/TAX related (Domestic, International) Knowledge
• Experience in internal and external Audit
• Experience in Transfer pricing report
• Advanced skills at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Accounting Software (e.g., Dynamic O365)
• Good communication in English both Verbal and Writing, (for internal communication with Japanese Managers)
• Have CPD license is a must
• Good communication skill
• Good presentation skill, negotiation, management, service mind
• Good logical thinking. and problem solving
• Good attitude and strong leadership & analysis

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday > Flexible Working Hours > Hybrid (WFH/everywhere)

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
• ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาบัญชี การเงิน
• มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานบัญชีอย่างน้อย 10 ปี
• ประสบการณ์ด้านการทำงานบัญชีโดยรวม (ปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน ปิดบัญชีสิ้นปี GL AR AP) ภาษีระหว่างประเทศและในประเทศ
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ GAAP/NPAEs/ภาษี (ในประเทศและต่างประเทศ)
• ประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอก
• ประสบการณ์ในการรายงานราคาโอน
• ทักษะขั้นสูงใน Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ซอฟต์แวร์บัญชี (เช่น Dynamic O365)
• การสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ดีทั้งการพูดและการเขียน (สำหรับการสื่อสารภายในกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)
• ต้องมีใบอนุญาต CPD
• ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
• มีทักษะการนำเสนอที่ดี การเจรจาที่ดี การบริหารจัดการที่ดี และมีใจรักการบริการ
• การคิดเชิงตรรกะที่ดี และการแก้ไขปัญหา
• ทัศนคติที่ดีและความเป็นผู้นำและการวิเคราะห์ที่ดี
