Work outline: Responsible for all of HR function in new setup company in Saraburi province (Frozen Processed Meat Factory)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Set up and involve in all aspects of HR and GA functions including Company Rules and Regulations, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Manpower Planning, Training and Development, Employee Relations, General Administration, etc.
Ø Work alongside the top management to provide HR consultancy and implementation
Ø Build the HR Team to develop and deliver HR strategies and practices to meet business objectives
Ø Ensure the administration of organizational development, employee training and development, and completion of required training plans.
Ø Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male only, Age 40-45 years old
Ø Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
Ø Minimum 10 years experiences in overall HR/GA operations and at least 5 years in managerial level preferably in large-scale manufacturing companies (employees not less than 500)
Ø Background in General Affairs, BOI and Labor Laws
Ø Excellence in English communication (Speaking and Writing)
Ø Excellent computer and other IT skills
Ø Excellent leadership in coaching and leading HR team
Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferable:
Ø Good command of Japanese
Language skills:
English: Business level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
