Work outline: Arranging import and export (AEROSOL VALVE, ACCESSORIES, SPRAYER PUMP, DISPENSER PUMP, TRIGGER PUMP)

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Ø  Proceed with repeat order using telephone, e-mail, internal company system

Ø  Communication with headquarters in English

Ø  Procedure for importing and exporting

Ø  Document preparation for import and export procedures

Ø  Preparing documents related to sales of invoices

Ø  Work under Thai assistant manager

Ø  Be expected as the person who can hit the ground running

Ø  Other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 28-32 years

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree

Ø  At least 3 years of  work experience in import and export

Ø  Experience of preparing documents related to sales of invoices

 

Preferable:

Ø  Experience of Sales Coordinator in Japanese manufacturing industry

Ø  Good communication skill

Ø  Cheerful and outgoing personality

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversational Level

 

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30
