Work outline: In charge of GA & HR tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Overall of HR & GA tasks (Labor Law, Payroll, Business Law, Work permit, Visa etc.)
Ø Direct monthly processing of company payroll for all employees
Ø In charge of employee rules, Laws, and regulation
Ø Handle recruiting process, from planning, interview, to orientation new staff
Ø Supporting Japanese VISA and work permit
Ø Other tasks as assigned to support the management
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 27-32 yrs.
Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø Over 3 years of experience in HR&GA
Ø Good command of English (Advanced Conversational level)
Ø Computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point and Word)Strong self-motivated and energetic person
Preferable:
Ø Excellent interpersonal skill
Language skills:
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
