Work outline: Overall of training to develop manpower of the team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for the corporate's training and development system, conduct course and ensure that employees have the skills and
Ø knowledge to complete effectively and meet Business Unit needed
Ø Conducts annual training and development needs assessment
Ø Designed / Proposes training and development programs and objectives based on the needs of the organization and the individual
Ø Monitor and control training plan to comply with planed
Ø Considering the costs of planned program and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programs
Ø Implement the Training Road Map and the Career Development Plan of each position
Ø Conducts follow-up training of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
Ø Having understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning modules
Ø Develops and maintains organizational communications such as newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
Qualifications:

Ø Thai nationality, male/female, 35-50 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 6 years’ experience in managing training and development
Ø Experience in Management
Ø Good in communication and negotiating skills
Ø Able to coach people and give instruction feedback
Ø Presentation skill
Ø IT Skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
