Work outline: Production line tasks and manage a team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage the production process to achieve the target
Ø Manage of all resources to the production is on going
Ø Control all of a production plan, stock and transportation (Delivery) of products
Ø Improve the production process to increase productivity
Ø Set target of production section accordance the company goal
Ø Set the expense budget of production section
Ø Review the production monthly report before send to Top management
Ø Approve the purchasing of a production section
Ø Set procedures and work instructions of production section and review quality process control plan (QCP)
Ø Review the results of performance evaluation of the employees
Ø Motivate working to all staff levels in production section
Ø Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male, age between 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Industrial/Production/Electrical Power/Mechanical
Ø At least 5 years working in automotive/Electronics industry about Production field
Ø At least 3 years working in Supervisory level
Ø Good communicate in English and computer literacy
Preferable:
Ø Experience in factory
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Prachinburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
