Work outline: In charge of secretary, HR & GA tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support Japanese MD’s tasks
Ø Interpret in internal meeting
Ø Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Ø Responsible for HR tasks (recruiting, set training, evaluate, etc.)
Ø Responsible for admin tasks mainly Visa , Work-permit , 90 days notify (BOI)
Ø ISO document
Ø Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 30-45 years
Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø 3 years of working experience in HR/ GA field
Ø Familiar in Japanese Company
Ø Knowledge in VISA , Work Permit process
Preferable:
Ø Payroll, ISO
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Business level (N2 or above)
Workplace Area: BTS Phayathai
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
