Work outline: Be responsible for all HRM function such as HR strategy, improving assessment system, promotion, compensation and benefit etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Take an ownership to implement strategic organizational change for making better organization and company’s structure by analyzing current situation continuously
Ø Customize each HR function to be matched with Thai company under HQ direction
Ø Assess a current evaluation system, assessment for promotion, personnel assignment and personnel management for improvement
Ø Planning new strategy and action by yourself, discuss with manager and related department
Ø Making and proposing personnel evaluation systems for salary and level promotion
Ø Collaborating with managers making solutions of factory sites and each departments
Ø Review benefit and compensation regularly
Ø Recruit employee for all departments under HR strategy and when there are requests
Ø Monitor and manage operation which subordinates have done, give advice to them properly
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 30-38 years
Ø Have Bachelor degree in any field
Ø At least 7 years experiences in HR fields, especially in HR planning and Talent Management (HRM)
Ø Have experiences to PLAN HR strategy or any improvement regarding HR by themselves before
Ø Have strong ownership of work and be able to suggest own opinion for making better company
Ø Business Level of English
Ø Not Job hopper
Preferable:
Ø Japanese language skill
Ø Work experience as HR in manufacturing industry
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Company bus from Bangna and in Chachoengsao area
Working Hour: 8:00-17:50 (Mon-Fri) *10 days Saturday working in a year
