Work outline: Responsible for Training, Visa and Work Permit and HR&GA Tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Training
Ø In-House Training
-Contract training company
-Prepare notification for each training time
-Arrange training (Place arrangement as well as food)
-Prepare advance voucher and payment voucher
-To prepare training result report
Ø Public Training
-Contract to training company for seat reservation
-Prepare training voucher
-Confirm booking
Ø Prepare report
-Prepare training report for internal record
-Submit to certify training expense and get acknowledgement base on laws
-Submit annual report to the department of skill development
Ø Collect training need and training course (Need to submit to HR manager on September for prepare an annual plan)
Ø To arrange orientation of new employees on second week of each month
Visa and Work permit
Ø 90 days report for Foreign employees
Ø VISA for Foreign employees
Ø Work Permit for Foreign employees
Time attendance
Ø To input data in deduct part that concern to employee leave of absence
Ø Respond Annual Physical Check up
Ø Respond for company Party
Ø Birthday Party
Ø New Year Party
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female only, age 25-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field
Ø Experience in Training, Time attendance, Visa work Permit
Ø At least 1-2 years of experience in HR functions
Ø Good command in English
Ø Good command with PC Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and Power point presentation is a must)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday) alternate Saturday
