Work outline: Responsible for logistics tasks

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Responsible for working with Customer Service to assist in resolving issues related to order fulfillment and shipping/submitting order to Logistics

Ø  Document, monitor and maintain shipping procedures/Take care of the customer products

Ø  Work with supervisors to evaluate and adjust available picking, audit and shipping capacity in order to maintain proper balance and work flow

Ø  Responsible for improving and maintaining the shipment process

Ø  Work with supervisors to schedule distribution work centers

Ø  Responsible for evaluating and planning labor for upcoming order fulfillment and shipping initiatives

Ø  Deal with ALL customer related issues

Ø  Other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai nationality, male/female, age 22-30 years old

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic

Ø  1 year experience as a Logistic officer in Freight Forwarding company or any related field

Ø  Good in coordinate

Ø  Basic knowledge of custom clearance

 

Preferable:

Ø  Fresh graduated are welcome

 

 

 

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversational level

Japanese: None

 

Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit

Working Hour: 8:45 – 18.00 (Sat 9:00-12:00/2 times a month - every other Saturday)

Salary: 18,000 –25,000 THB including all allowances
