Work outline: Support and Consult Distributors to increase sales
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To support the distributor network with the promotion of local, regional and word-wide Events and Incentives
Ø To expand and improve the communications channels between distributors by providing accurate, up-to-date and reliable information
Ø Plan, develop, execute and manage various cost effective corporate to distributor network communications systems such as broadcast faxing, fax-on-demand, email stream, unified messaging, conference call systems etc.
Ø Analyze sales and business trends and liaise closely with local Top 15 and TAB Team members to keep abreast of trends and changes in the market place
Ø Work together with Marketing Department on creating promotional literature and information, as well as support material and communicating this at corporate sponsored events and through the various channels to the distributor network.
Ø Liaising with corporate speakers to produce videos or conference calls for product launches
Ø Conduct appraisals and training and develop Marketing Assistant by regular meetings, guidance, direction and motivation
Ø Attend weekly Management Meetings to share key activities in the Sales Department, get updated information and discuss management affairs with the other Managers
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 32-40 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years in a management position in conference planning, corporate events, sales incentive planning and/or corporate communications systems
Ø Hands-on individual with excellent leadership, motivational, organizational and human relations skills. Ongoing liaison and sales development of independent distributors will be a key function
Ø Able to develop business strategies and plans, at the same time ensuring proper execution of strategies to meet both sales and organizational objectives
Ø Understanding of the principals of time management and be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills
Ø Ability to maintain a positive attitude, handle challenges in a positive manner and establish rapport with distributors while maintaining professionalism
Ø PC literature (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Ø Must be able to work long daily hours, Saturdays, occasional Sundays and Holidays (Event)
Ø Must be able to Travel

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. – 18:00) *work on Sat sometimes
