Work Outline: Responsible for coordinating with suppliers and sales documents to support sales team. Product: Industrial Product
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Make an invoice based on the new order from customer by e-mail or customer's website
Ø Send warehouse a D/O which shows delivery date, delivery time, delivery place, part#, delivery q'ty, truck size to be used, etc.
Ø Record each D/O into our internal data sheet.
Ø Manage delivery timing change (early or delayed delivery) and combination of several orders.
Ø Make export shipping documents such as invoice and packing list
Ø Make billing docs for some customers in order to submit the original invoice to their office by themselves.
Ø Input in-out record of each stock into our internal stock list in order to clarify the balance of each stock q'ty.
Ø Check warehouse's inventory report by comparing it with our internal data. If needed, ask warehouse to revise their report.
Ø Check the stock level of each part
Ø Confirm the shipping docs such as invoice, packing list, B/L, draft entry and insurance. If needed, ask supplier or warehouse to revise it.
Ø Watch each cargo's vessel schedule until the arrival at warehouse
Ø Check the billing from forwarder such as storage or warehouse handling cost, transportation cost and import handling charge.
Ø Input sales and gross profit amount into the designated format by referring to our Accounting team data.
Ø Attend customer's meeting and summarize the meeting minutes
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, female only, Age 22-25 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
Ø 1-2 years of experience in sales coordinator or customer service
Ø Good command of Microsoft Office program
Preferable:
Ø Outgoing personality
Ø Experience in trading business
Ø Experience working in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng/ MRT Silom
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8:30 – 17.30
