Work outline: Responsibility for ultimate satisfaction of customers through the support of both implementations and troubleshooting efforts
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Ability to consult with clients to gather engagement requirements and translate those requirements into a solution
Ø Design, program and implement CTI solution
Ø Working knowledge of various application integrations such as Messaging, Call Reporting, Call Recording, Self Service and CTI
Ø Fix troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis
Ø Review existing system configuration and performance for the purpose of providing recommendations for improvement
Ø Promoting teamwork by assisting other engineers with technical questions, and encouraging them to use all available resources
Ø Provide timely and complete project status reports to supervisor as requested
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree
Ø At least 2 years of experience in Application Engineer or any related field
Ø Experience in Network , Call Center system
Ø Hands on experience with Contact Center solution as an option
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke or MRT Sukhumvit
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 *flexible time from 7:30 – 9:00 and count 9 hrs.*
