Work outline: Responsible for procedures of clients' visa and work permit by managing schedule (Deadline), accuracy of the documents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Help preparing applications for registration with the Ministry of Labor and the Immigration Department as well as other government authorities include the following matters: Review and check the document to be ready for registration with the competent government authorities.
〇Work permit
〇Visas
Ø File the application and related documents with the competent government authorities including solve any problems that may incur during the registration process.
Ø Solve the minor problem to enable the application is approved.
Ø Help internal general admin tasks of the other team.
Ø Deal effectively and friendly with the registrar or the official in charge of the competent government authority as well as escort the clients at the government agencies offices.
(Other person help this process so it won’t be so often to go to the immigration)
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 23-30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration or other related field
Ø 1-3 years of experiences in immigration services (visa, work permit) in either corporates or consulting companies.
Ø Good command of English both in written and spoken.
Ø Flexible and service-minded personality is a must.
Ø Good time management in order to complete multi tasks with clear deadline.
Preferable:
Ø Japanese language skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: MRT Silom/ BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)
