Work outline: Overall of Human Resources and Administration Tasks and manage a team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Demonstrate strong leadership to manage AR activities to ensure accuracy invoicing, shorten collection and manage long-term outstanding debt
Ø Follow up collection from outstanding balance of AR and work closely with team to alert them
Ø Execute and improve billing process by initiate new billing solutions such as e-invoice and/or e-tax invoice to serve both customer and company
Ø Maintains AR system and able to identify any improvement areas that related to AR activities
Ø Manage billing communication both on internal (Cross-functional teams) and customer for bill understanding and customer satisfaction
Ø Maintain strong cash flows through efficient collections. The measure is Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
Ø Provide legal firm, internal auditor and external auditor with adequate reports on credit and collection, problematic accounts and court cases.
Ø Coordinate with Sales team to analyze prospect customer credit and also maintain all customer data on company system
Ø Response for management reporting to be accurate and on a timely basis
Qualifications:

Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 32-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and/ or related
Ø 10 years or more experience
Ø Knowledge of Leasing and/or MFP and Solutions business
Ø Good communications skills in English (written/verbal)
Ø Able to work independently
Ø Work under pressure, service minded, result oriented and independent and self-motivated
Ø Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ø Strong level of computer literacy; especially in excel
Preferable:
Ø Experience in IT Company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
