Work outline: Handle GA General Affair and Loss Prevention Department, Manage& Control district taxation, company vehicle and office supply
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Cleaning & Environment management -Recruit & control cleaning vendor
-Co-operate with cleaning & hygienic section of district
-Audit & Co-operate with all store
-Set up cleaning system of new open store
Ø District taxation (Building & Signboard tax) -Set up guidance to store about schedules, method & documents needed concerning with district taxation
-Co-operate & audit all store to submit tax documents to district
-Follow up all store of tax payment in time with correct amount
-Co-operate with income office of district in store located
-Keep updates with changing of the district taxation
Ø Office supplier management -Set up company car rules
-Purchasing or leasing of new company car
-Maintenance control for all company cars
-Manage & control of fuel consumption and Insurance policies
-Company driver allocation & control
Ø Utilities payment (Electric, water, telephone, mobile)
-Receive & process of utilities bill
-Make payment in time
Ø Sales sundries control (Shopping bags, film foam, chopsticks, straw)
-Collect amount sued of all store in any period
-Select proper vendors and make order
-Keeping stock matched with usage
-Set up proper delivery method to all stores
-Get income from advertisement of shopping bags
Ø Shop waste control -recruit vendor to sale shop waste (paper box, used oil)
-make contract with the vendor
-Co-operate with vendor & store
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø At least 5 year of experiences in HR&GA function or related filed
Ø Ability to renewal of license for sales and setting document process
Ø Knowledgeable of HR&GA function
Ø Having basic knowledge in labor law (Experience making letter of Authority and process of notification)
Ø Able to work on public holiday
Ø Able to use new innovation / fast learner
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Laksi, Bangkhen
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:45 (Mon - Fri) (Work on public holiday)
