Work outline: To support the Managing Director to ensure the smooth daily operation of the subsidiary
Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounting
Ø Backup for Accounts Executive an entries and month-end closing
Ø Backup for Accounts Executive on financial statements (such as P&L, Balance Sheet and reconciliation) and ensure timely submissions and manage reporting including quarterly consolidated package to HQ
Ø Provide tax opinions and general tax advice to management
Ø Identify potential tax risks and develop effective plan/initiatives
Ø Liaise with Distributors/Dealers on L/C and TT Advance payment
Ø Oversee tax and regulatory matters (corporate tax/withholding tax/VAT) and ensure documents & procedures adhere to Thailand Tax & Legislation.
Ø Build good relationship with banks and participate in negotiations including Bank of Thailand for renewal of Foreign currency transactions
Ø Liaise with external and internal auditors on audit issues and follow-ups
Ø Ensure that accounting guidelines and regulations are strictly adhered to
Ø Support CMT Managing Director on business & strategic matters (e.g. conduct research & collect information for decision making) to meet business requirement\
HR & Admin
Ø Act as backup for HR & Admin functions of CMT and liaise with CSP HR on HR issues & administrative policies and implementation.
Ø Act as backup and liaise and report to Singapore counterparts on operational matters
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
Ø Bachelor degree and higher Accounting or Finance
Ø Minimum 5-8 years of experience in tax, VAT, transfer pricing and import
Ø Familiar with Trading industry
Ø Experience of communicating with Audit, revenue department and Bank vendors.
Ø Good knowledge of Thailand’s Finance and tax legislation.
Ø Good command of English
Preferable:
Ø Prefer candidate from Big4
Ø Prefer candidate with CPD license
Ø Prefer candidate who can start work immediately
