Work outline: Responsible for managing all aspects of sales operations and merchandising strategies to achieve sales, profit and stock targets. Responsible for developing customer-centric initiatives and to lead and motivate staff to ensure that they provide the highest level of services
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To coordinate daily operation with the store to ensure smooth running with achievement of sales target and deliver the highest level of service
Ø Devise and implement sales and merchandising plans and strategies to achieve sales, stock and profit targets of the department
Ø To maximize profit through the proper management of staff, merchandise and space of department
Ø Negotiate with vendors / suppliers for most favorable terms and conditions and to plan major vendor programs in important growth areas
Ø Prepare and analyze sales / profits / stock reports; prepare budget reports and any other record required by the company
Ø To lead and motivate staffs and promoter to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently in order to achieve sales, profits and stock targets
Ø Create new initiatives to increase efficiency in term of sales, profits, and merchandising plan
Ø Up to date with market trend and competitors information
Ø Compliance management
Ø To undertake any other activities required of the post holder by the Company
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in marketing or related fields
Ø 10 years’ experience as buyer of clothing (bag, shoes, glasses, etc.) in department store
Ø Ability to work independent and as a team
Ø Self-motivated and willing to learn English conversational level
Ø Advanced Conversational Level English

Workplace Area: BTS Siam
Working Hour: Working Time 9:00 – 18:00 or 9:30 – 18:30 (Mon – Fri)
