HR consultant (Japanese speaking) (40K-70K) (JO-180130-145972)
Work outline: Responsible for providing HR consulting services to clients in order to solve their HR matters.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Organization / HR Consulting
Ø Design HR systems and HR operation consulting
Ø Deliver HR related project for clients as a project manager
Ø Create service proposal for consulting project to meet clients’ expectations.
2. Analysis of engagement diagnosis, corporate culture, value diagnosis
Ø Analysis of HR systems.
Ø Assessment for the next generation leader for Thai staff.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male/Female , age 28-35 years old
Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø 3-5 years of experience in business development, human resources, consulting, or related field. English skills at Advanced Conversational level
Ø Strong interests in HR consulting, HR development, Training service
Ø Good command of English
Ø Good command of Japanese (N3 or above)
Preferable:
Ø HR system knowledge
Ø Have experience as consultant in HR field
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 9:00 -18:00 (Mon – Fri)
