About this Job
Work outline: Manage Customer Service Export team, review export documents and cooperate with concern Departments
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To understand Export Procedure, and mainly control our team on smoothly operation, to support our team to oversee, customer, partner and sub-contractor.
Ø To be middle man on co-operate with internal each department and able to convince them under our operation. Also it promptly take action if any require from each dept. base on suitable process.
Ø To motivate our team for achievement the target, also build team with Supervisor on tracking operation as KPI. Then Set up the internal meeting for Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) always
Ø To manage on manpower and distribute suitable job under skill and experience each CS.
Ø Promptly handle new assignment from Manager such as New Project, New Bidding etc.
Ø To be creative and utilized function according to suitable our organization, also report with Manager
Ø To check and Monitoring Daily Report, Weekly Report and Monthly Report and Control KPI etc.
Ø To lead inspiration under company policy and make the decision on behalf of Manager Line.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age between 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree related in Logistic, International Business
Ø Experience 10 years up on Export & Import Customer Service from logistics or freight forwarding company
Ø Good command in spoken and written English
Ø Good Communication and interactive
Ø Leadership and Good Co-operate all concerned party.
Ø Good Skill on Management and Personal Administration
Ø Able to prepare Power Point and Presentation with customer.
Ø To make the report and analysis the result for develop and/or improve the operation.
Preferable:
Ø Working experience in Import/Export and Forwarder is preferred.
Ø If any the experience of shipping field would be advantage.

English: Advanced conversational level

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:40 (Mon – Fri)
