About this Job
Work outline: To ensure that all basic Distributor Services related functions, such as Order Processing, resolve Phone-in inquiries, and various Application Processing can be handled smoothly with accuracy, efficiency and professional services attitude while keeping the Company’s policies and procedure in place.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Process Phone-in, Fax-in, E-mail and mail-in orders from Distributors
Ø Accurate process local and international orders from distributors (in person, over the phone, e-mail, mail-in or fax-in) while provide superb customer service
Ø All basic Order Support Reports.
Ø Ensure all orders processed are fully accurately paid.
Ø Answer all incoming related inquiries from phone-in distributors with accurate feedback. This will include the disbursement of various information, distribution of different promotional flyers, checking volumes, and receiving comments/complaints.
Ø Able to carry out the translation, proof reading, special projects accurately
Qualifications:

Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 23-28 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø At least 2 years working experience in customer service industry, cash handling experience is preferred
Ø Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Ø Ability to provide superb customer service and resolve problems independently under the company’s guidelines
Ø Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
Ø Ability to work in a resulted-oriented atmosphere under pressure and meeting tight deadlines as flexible working hours maybe required
Ø Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level

Working Hour: 9:00 – 18.00 (Monday to Friday)
