About this Job
Work outline: Overall of administrative tasks and coordinate with internal department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Being responsible for administrative work of project office, prepare needed documents
Ø Filling project’s documents in order and ensuring they are remain secure
Ø Coordinate with government
Ø Coordinate with all departments especially with accountant and outside persons
Ø Arranging meeting room, booking hotel and travel arrangements
Ø Other tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 23-38 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø At least 2 years of working experience in document control or administrative role.
Ø Proficient in MS Office
Ø Advance in office management
Ø Basic accounting procedure as well as technical vocabulary or relevant industry
Ø Details Orient
Preferable:
Ø Experience in working as a Admin in manufacturing company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Udonthani province
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Monday - Saturday)
