About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for overall HR and GA works.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide management advice on all HR related issues.
Review and update HR policy and procedure to ensure that the company practice complies with legal and local requirement
Manage all HR function and Administration function (including safety and environment)
Coordinate with line manager regarding manpower request and timeline to support all section
Motivate staff to achieve individual goal and provide resource for development
Other administrative work as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 33-40 years
Bachelor degree in HR management or any related filed.
At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing with HR’s role
Proactive and strong influencing skill
Ability to negotiate with fair decision making
Have facilitation skill
Ability to work under pressure to solve HR related issues.
Preferable:
Able to communicate in Japanese

Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable




Workplace Area: Rayong (Company’s bus)
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
