About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for overall HR function and manage a team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Overall function in HR and Admin (recruiting , C&B, Staff management, Payroll, Evaluation, Office management )
Improve and design new HR system
Handling recruitment assignments, including developing job descriptions, screening applications, interviewing applicants and short-listing qualified candidates for line managers Resignation Monitoring, Processing & Analysis
Human Resource Development & Training
Employee Relation & Disciplinary
Managing the payroll function, including income tax, provident fund and social security payments
Employee Welfare
Support Human Resources Administration
Make a report to supervisor
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-45 years
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of HRD or HRM experience
Have the personality which can be trusted by the employee
Good communication skill
Expertise in labor law
Good computer literacy (MS office/ Word/PowerPoint)
Good command in English
Preferable:
Management experience
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Sathorn area
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 (Mon to Saturday) *2 times off on Saturdays in a month
