Production Engineering Junior Manager @Chachoengsao

Work outline: Be responsible for managing production engineering activity to launch new model
Duties & Responsibilities:
Control the schedule for each process of new model production
Prepare the each process's equipment, material, jig condition
Control the other group’s job progress (with Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing mainly)
Prepare and monitoring the production control plan
Prepare and monitoring the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
prepare and analysis the P-FMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Mass production trial
Analysis the trouble in the past
Manage subordinators in production engineer team
Solve the problem regarding for launch for new model

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Male/Female, Age 33-38 years old
Bachelor's degree in production engineering or other engineer related field
At least 5-7 years production engineering experiences in manufacturing company, used to supervise a team before
Working experiences in automotive or automotive parts manufacturing company
Has knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001(latest version) and 5S
Good communication skill with customers, suppliers etc.
Be able to read drawing of CAD (2D/3D)

Preferable:
Strong leadership and management skill


Languages skills
English: Daily Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable

Workplace Area: Company Bus in Chachoengsao
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) *Saturday working: It depends on project (around 4-5 days/ year)
