Job Description
HR Senior Officer (30K-60K) (JO-180412-151726)
Work outline: Responsible for human resource function. (HRM & HRD)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain company grading structure, job descriptions, salary structure job evaluation systems and benefit and allowance scheme.
Execute payroll and coordinate with Finance and Accounting team to ensure timely and accuracy for employees every month.
Submit monthly headcount report to management whenever required.
Complete social and health insurance, and other benefits for employees upon case by case.
Operate Bonus and Award scheme for employees.
Consolidate resource requisition requests and execute recruiting plans.
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
Attend job fairs for recruiting and company registration.
Post job advertisement and screening candidates. Arrange job interviews.
Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
Manager progress of training courses as training master plan
Arrange and execute internal and external training programs.
Design and operate career management programs and internal certificate
Manage HR related documents to be up-to-date
Supporting work permits, BOI and visa for expatriates
Plan and organize company events, such as outing, all employee meeting.
Support staff/managers for business trip preparation (booking hotel, air ticket, insurance, and visa).
Other tasks are assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 25-34 years
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 3-5 years relevant working experience with 3 years in HR function.
Well versed in PC applications
Good command of spoken & written English
Careful, Independent, Mature, Analytical, Tactful and willing to take up challenge
Proactive, Structured, Well-organized and resourceful problem solve
Able to communicate with all levels of people
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
