Work outline: He or she will take responsibility of General affairs, HR, Labor, safety and IT.
Duties & Responsibilities:
HR duty (Recruitment / HR System Implementation / Training Education / Attendance management / Employee Management / Information Exchange Meeting with another companies…)
Administration duty (Expats Management / Documentations / Vendor Management …)
GA duty (Stationary Control / Office Management / Documentation…)
Management for new member under this position especially HR member and IT member
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 35-50 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Rich experience of HR,GA and Admin at least 10 years
Willingness to work widely
Preferable:
Proper knowledge of IT , Safety and labor law (Legal)
Working experience in OEM or Tier 1 Manufacturing Company
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Thong Lor
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00
