Outbound Planning Staff (Japanese speaking)

Work outline: Responsible for Planning of Inbound (Main is planning trip to Japan and some other countries)
Duties & Responsibilities:
promoting and marketing the business
dealing with customer queries and complaints
planning tour for client (Main is Thai)
meeting profit or sales targets
Preparing promotional materials and displays.

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years
Bachelor degree in Japanese, Tourism, Business Administration or related fields
Knowledge and experience in Tourism and Travel Agencies
Experience in sales or planning around 1 year
Good command of Japanese (N3 or above)
Proficiency in Computer particularly MS. Word, MS. Excel, E-mail
Able to use Photoshop
Service-minded and good communication skills
Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and good team player

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level


Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon –Sun) (2 vacation / week)
